Sometimes online purchases can be confusing, even frustrating and we understand that. That’s why we have worked out a generous policy for Refunds, Returns and Exchanges on our products.

Please read product details carefully before confirming the order.
- Damaged/ Incorrect goods:
Incase the shipments received is found to be damaged, of the wrong size, or with missing parts or altogether of the wrong product or size:
Please share the details with us on mail kaivalya@blisscredo.com and whatsapp (+91 9167103477) within 48 hours of receipt of order, notifying us of the exact issue with product pictures.
Post this please keep the product back in its original packaging as best as you can with the invoice. This is because some items like polyresin idols need special care in transit.
We will schedule a pickup for the product within 2 working days, depending on your location it could take from about 3-7 additional working days for the pickup of the product.
If you need a replacement product, then we will take 2 working days to process it. Depending on your location it could take from about 3-7 additional working days for the replacement to reach you.
Alternately, in case of replacement stock being unavailable or your preference for a refund only, we will refund 100% of the money back along with shipping to the original source account within 24 hours of product pickup.
- Returns
Returns due to reasons like: ‘Doesn’t quite fit’, ‘Doesn’t look that great’ ‘Don’t need the product anymore’, ‘Changed my mind’ etc will be addressed here.
Our endeavour if to provide the best quality products to you. But sometimes the colours may slightly vary. They make look mildly different on screen and different in person. Also, some handmade/ hand painted products may not always have a perfect symmetrical finish as they are made by artisans.
However, if you still would want to return the product pls put it back in the package with the invoice and secure it in the best way you can. This is because some products like polyresin idols need special care in transit.

- Cancellation of orders

In case you cancel the order within 2 days of placing the order and we haven’t dispatched it, then we will refund 100% of the money back along with shipping to the original source account within 24 hours of receipt of your request.
In case your cancellation request is received after your order has been dispatched then we will schedule a pickup back for the product already in transit within 2 working days. Depending on your location it could take from about 3-7 additional working days for the pickup of the product in transit.

Some additional points:
- We only ship within India and have no offers for custom made or bulk orders yet.
- We have tied up with Shiprocket -an aggregator of the top courier companies for our services. Prompt as they are, sometimes delivery/pickup might get slightly delayed due to unforeseen reasons or difference in cultural holidays between Indian states. Please bear with us.
